The second biggest LNG plant in Russia
The Project is based on the Yamal Peninsula, above theArctic Circle, and utilizes the resources of the
South Tambey Field on the coast of the Ob Bay.
The four reservoirs comprise double-containment:
the inside stainless steel containment and the outside
containment of pre-stressed concrete.

the rebar in cold environment conditions

Thread Couplers
Ancon TTS couplers with tapered thread were tested in conjunction with Krybar cryogenic rebar in independent laboratories in the temperatures of the cold environment and cryogenic temperatures (-168°C/-270°F)
The foundation is designed for permafrost rock and built as a free end pile field with 1m thick piles.
